After relocating to Vermont with his family in 2018, he landed a multi-faceted role, one of them being Camp Director, where he created his own early childhood aged soccer program at a field house in Williston, VT. Like many others, the pandemic set forth challenges that forced Ryan to leave his job, but still continued to coach privately. In August of 2020 he continued his passion in working with children and accepted a position as a lead Elementary teacher with a local independent school. Recently volunteering and coaching his own son’s elementary recreation soccer team last Fall, Ryan saw the need and demand for quality early childhood aged soccer programs directed at ages 2-6 years old in Chittenden County.
